When we first got together, there were 9 guys all feeling the same thing, comfort, fun, joy, and most importantly, Jesus. We've all played the game before, but it wasn't the same for there may have been too much pressure with temptations of gambling, drinking, smoking, or something to that nature. Our environment was clean, our surrounding was great, and it was too much fun not to do it again. Then before you know it, something started happening and the next thing we know we began thnking of friends who could have a blast at something like this. After all, it reads in Matthew 18:20 "That where two or more three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. It was never our intentions for this group to be some sort of ministry, but then again our intentions are not God's intentions. Paul said,"...Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone so that I might bring them to Christ. I do all this to spread the Good News, and in doing so I enjoy its blessings." (1 Cor. 9:22-23) It was easy to see that God was working in this group.

In Rick Warrens "The Purpose Driven Life" book, he stresses that God intends for us to experience life together. (18th Chapter) So now we find ourselves looking, leaning, and praying for each other. Not so much because thats what we want, but because that what God wants.
